I have a 2010 model 2034 that wouldn't pull it self thought it was a worn drive belt and replaced it didn't help and had adjusted the cable several times with little improvement. I discovered it was the traction lever on the handle Toro part # 99-1589 its a black plastic pc. that the cable hooks to on the handle it was cracked and that let it turn when ever you push down on the handle to go and you couldn't see it as it was on the back of handle.
