| I have a Craftsman riding mower with a B&S engine that has a starting problem. When I turn the key the engine will turn about 1/2 a turn and stop. After several times of doing this the engine will turn rapidly and start. Is the starter going bad? |

| When you are asking advice on an engine, we need to know WHAT engine you are talking about, make, model number. IF it happens to be a B&S Overhead Valve engine, it may need the valves adjusted, detailed instructions at address below, put in proper format and remind me what you want. Walt Conner |
