That is just what they do. Without doing some re-engineering on your part- IE a small baffle attatched to the deck or expanding on the dust cover- you will periodically need to remove the wheel and clean if it is causing you grief. Usually, once a season is plenty and the wheels should get lubed anyways. Do you need to pull it more often?

Forget Husqvarna as far as any kind of support.
As you found out, all they will tell you is to see
one of their dealers. Also, if you ask to purchase
a service, or parts manual, (which I did), they'll tell
you that they only supply them to their dealers.
I don't think you can even get parts without
going through a dealer.

I plan on getting another brand next time.
