have a toro with a kohler engine that won't run

my toro lawn mower is only four months old and only used it 5 times and it won't stay running unless i keep it choked. its a easy start with no primer and it has a auto choke on it. i took apart the carb and cleaned it with carb cleaner. do i need a new carb or is it the auto choke thats causing to run like that?

If it is only 4 months old.. Why were you messing with the carb?

Should have been under warranty and returned to the dealer for repairs.
