I have a Toro LX 500 garden tractor. Its approximately 3years old. The steering have stopped working. It will turn to the left, but as you turn to the right, just clicking noise. I removed the gear at the bottom of the steering shaft. It does not appear to be worn, but the shaft has a little wobble. I cannot see the gear plate to see if it is worn or not. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, is it something for the doit yourselfer or recommend taking to repair shop. Thanks.
