Where do the linkages go?

I have a old arien RM1032e with a brigss and strattonon it Model 220707 Type 0144-01 Code number 81111311. The fuel line cracked and caused the card to catch on fire and all. I have cleaned and rebuilt the carb, put a new air filter in and new gas line along with a new breather. I think my problem is in the linkages. I tried to put them back on right, put I'm not sure. I know the govenor link goes to the governor arm. The other linkage is for what I don't know. it runs from a valve on the carb to the back are where the throttle is. On the throttle. There are two things I don't know what goes where. There is a loose swinging arm that I'm not sure what hooks to it. Where does the governor spring hook too? If someone could just give a good diagram of what goes where would be great.

The link would go between the governor arm and the throttle shaft on the carb. The loose swinging arm comes out of the box looking control? Spring from there to the arm I'm thinking.
