| Was just given Honda HR214-SXA mower Starts great runs great just has a loud noise with engine running and blade disengaged. From looking on web at a parts page I would guess that the spring in the blade drive is broken or weak Looks like it can be purchased as part of a repair kit that includes spring driven disk and brake. Anyone able to offer an opinion if this might be it and if it is a difficult repair, I am reasonably mechanically skilled. |

| You may want to tear it down first. I'd think that you would want to order the bearings as well if you are going to pre-order, though they can be sourced at a bearing house. |
