Hello all--

I was mowing yesterday with my 2 yr old electric, corded, B&D It was running as usual, I stopped to empty the bag (and it was overfull), and after reattaching the bag when I lifted the start handle I hear a muffled whir -- so juice is going to the mower-- but the mower doesn't run. I checked the blade- I can manually rotate it; the deck is clean, no obstruction; the mulching vent (or whatever you would call it) to the bag was full of clippings so I cleared that. Still, a whir or unnhhh noise only, and no action.

What could be wrong? a broken belt of some kind? Repairable? It is not an expensive mower so a big repair bill might not be worth it to me -- it is not the best mower but has been adequate.
