Toro 20584 Govenor Linkage Diagram

Trying to install the carburetor & governor springs on a Toro 20584 with Suzuki engine. I took a look at the Toro service manual but it doesn't show the details of where the linkage springs go. I need to know the connection points of the springs connecting to the governor arm, choke lever & governor spring lever. The best would be if someone can post a picture of the carb & governor assembly that happens to own a Toro GTS 20584 1988 model year.
The problem is the engine doesn't accelerate when I move the hand lever because the spring is not installed correctly. If I manually move the the governor lever the engine accelerates fine. Thanks |
