John Deere LA125 engine won't start

I have a 2008 JD LA125 with 200 hrs on it. Today I tried to use it to clean up leaves in the yard but it wouldn't start. When I turned the key it only made the 'click' sound and the engine didn't run. I checked the battery and it doesn't seem to be drained because the headlights on with no problem.

Can anyone let me know what could be the problem. Could it be something serious? Do I need to call the dealer to check it out. Thanks in advance for your help.

It could still be the battery or connection.
How badly do the headlights dim when it clicks.
If they stay fully lit, the starter solenoid is probably bad.

IF they dim, then the troubleshooting begins.
