B&D cordless hedge trimmers work OK?

I have an electric one. The cord is just a hassle. I have about 60 feet of boxwood hedge. I don't really want to go to a gas powered one. I love my yard, but hedge trimming is one of my least favorite parts.

Has anyone had any experience with the Black and Decker cordless hedge trimmers?

Do they have enough power for boxwood hedges and will they last long enough to do 50 or sixty feet of hedge on a charge?

Better stick with the one you have--nothing worse than running out of power-halfway thru the job! Just be careful--don't electrocute yer self! The instructions tell ya not to cut the cord--what part of that don't you understand?

Well, I just bought one for myself for Christmas. Guess we'll know soon enough whether it has enough power to do the job a couple of times a year.

No cord to wrestle around the hedges as I cut and light weight will be real pluses for me. Enough power... we'll see. Hopefully boxwoods will be light duty in that dept.
