Dear friend gave me this fine plant. Mine thrived, hers died.
Can you offer a name so I can surprise her with a replacement?
If memory serves, it may be a corm or some type of bulbous plant. Leaves are fleshy and mottled, like a Ledbouria. Flowers are long-lasting and emerge on a stalk. Please ignore the orange flower-- it's from a nearby Calendula plant. Appreciate your assistance.
