Right on the second plant. The first looks like a pineapple.

Pleomele reflexa is now a synonym of Dracaena reflexa.

Pineapple, eh? lol that'd make sense with this guy. He asked me if I wanted a couple house plants, as he has property in the philipines and was practicing cultivating various kinds of palms and bananas and what not in his downtown vancouver condo. I said sure, thinking one or two wouldn't be so bad. Before I know it, he's giving me three carloads of D. Marginatas, corn plants, the reflexa and two pineapples.
