Here is same shrub from farther away...

Tatarian honeysuckle (Lonicera tatarica)?

Hmmmm? Perhaps? It certainly looks very similar to the many examples shown in 'google images'...but not exactly. The white bark is very attractive (to me) and I didn't see any honeysuckles that have that. (The way the sun is shining in the picture, the bark looks grey, but I would compare it to the whiteness of my white spire birch trees in reality.) The leaves and tubular flowers are a match tho, as well as the red berries. It's definitely a Lonicera of some sort.

All the websites list it as an invasive, but I sure don't find that to be true with this shrub. I have not seen a single seedling.

It's a honeysuckle, just not that species.
