I think it's a Pilea. Don't think that's variegation, it's just the leaf pattern. Plant looks abnormally tall & stretched out, but I thought these were lower light plants.

Thanks! It was a part of a very full dish garden so that's why it got so tall and spindly trying to make it among many other plants. Now hopefully it will be happier on it's own.
