What plant is this ?
The main bud looks like, an Artichoke !.
The small white buds are hard and waxy.
The flowers are white with pink edges.
The leaves are large and waxy.
Stalks are tall ( 1 Meter )
Growing on Natal, South Coast, South Africa.
