It looks to be Aloe vera.

When I got a sunburn as a kid my mom would cut off a 'leaf' or 'stem' of this. She'd squish it slightly between her fingers as she rolled it back and forth. Then she slit it open and rubbed the juice on the sunburn. The clear water-like goo in the middle slowly evaporates and pulls the heat away from the skin. It's wonderful.

Aloe juice can be contaminated with a very bad bacteria that causes sepsis, so it's not a good idea to put it on wounds.

It's also a strong laxative, very strong.

Yes I will just use the Guey part like fish fillet and throw the green and remove the alanin by soaking in water for long time after cutting to remove yellow alanine and double dip the guey b4 using it

Is this aloe Vera barbedensis miller Stockton variety

As it has 3 leaves on the inside and also the white spots seems to diminish as the plant grows older, thanks
