| I ran across some shrubs that I had never seen before at a nursery yesterday and ended up bringing a few home. Labeled "eleagnus," my wife and I were attracted to the deep green leaves with silvery undersides and dark, almost black stems. Coming home to research their growth habits and preferences, I was disappointed to find that certain species (namely umbellata) are considered invasive. I'd like to know what species I have. Any ideas? |
