Hi & welcome to Gardenweb! This plant can make white flowers although the leaves are pretty enough for them to be extraneous to the enjoyment of this. This plant comes from little bulbs and can go dormant (resting) at times. If that's where it's been sitting, it may need more light. If all of the foliage disappears, make sure it's pretty dry before adding more water, but not cracked-desert dry. Then make sure there's not water sitting in the drip tray. If that's been happening previously, the roots could be rotting. I don't think it's nice to ask people to do something that's not part of their job w/o telling them how to do it or even asking if they know how. Unnecessary pressure on you, but it's hard to complain about any job these days. Kudos to you for rising to the occasion and seeking info, hope you're figuring this out on the clock.

Oxalis like lots of light and moderate water. Mine get full morning sun until around noon. They don't like sun in the heat of the day.

... and if anyone wants more Oxalis, I've got them. The green, the variegated green, the red... Just say the word and send the SASBE.
