Help identify this Tree Also

It is beautifully green, resembles a weeping willow the way it hangs its branches. Very narrow leaves with this seed concoction at the end. Would very much like to know name and history of its origin. We have quite a few of these in our garden.

I don't think this is the correct one. Here is another pic of the branch with the seeds, maybe it will help clarify the request. Thanks for the input.

Looks the same to me. What's the difference you see.
