Unidentifiable Beauty

For 2+ years I've been trying to figure out what the name of this plant is. As you can see it has shiny leaves(roughly 1"-1/2" long) that are green on top and red on the bottom. In the last few months the blooms(spadix) you see have appeared.

It sits in a west facing window in Moscow, Russia all year long, and doesn't seem to need sunshine to thrive. It's gone without water for up to 3 weeks at times and been fine.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

RE: Unidentifiable Beauty

Based on a Google image search of Peperomia Glabella I don't see much of a match, but I'll keep it on file. Thanks!

One other thing, I purchased it at IKEA in Moscow...never seen it there again though.
