Hi there,

we have this plant in our greenhouse, it is a magnificent plant with large leaves (1 meter or taller) that blooms various times a year with two to five blooms of a purple-pink flower around the base as pictured.

Anyone knows what it could be?

Thanks a million.

The foliage looks like Eucomis.

I think it is Cochliostema odoratissimum, false bromeliad.

Here is a link that might be useful: Cochliostema odoratissimum, false bromeliad
