This moss is bright green and looks like carpet or mini fingers. Any help would be very appreciated.

Not a concrete id, but it looks like maybe some kind of Selaginella, or spike moss???

Thanks very much, I found out it's Bryoandersonia illecebra, it has the distinctive twist to the leaf tip when I viewed it under a microscope.
