It's non-native orchid called Zeuxine strateumatica

I would say it looks like a whit hyacinth. Dig the root to see if its a bulb... might have come up to early. The brown makes me think it didn't get water or was too cold when the leaves started forming. In SC we have wild hyacinth that only get a few inches tall but they are purple. If you can provide more info, like height, root form, if that area has always been a flower bed or was a corn field until last year, that would be helpful.
