| my grandmother gave me this plant but nobody in the family knows what it's called. Does anyone have any idea what the name of this plant is? |

| Looks like bay or a Camellia to me. |

| I don't know what it is but it doesn't look like either bay or camellia imo. It is growing indoors in Canada. |

| ya we are pretty sure it's not bay and it never ever flowers. It's growing indoors in Canada but I posted in the Asia section because we are chinese and another chinese family initially gave the plant to my grandmother and told her the leaves are good for her. but nobody knows the name of the plant in english or chinese. |
