Help me identify this new growth

| No idea what this could be. Pot was sitting outside under various trees, it's a couple weeks old. Been keeping it indoors, i a sunny window. Branches are growing intermittently. The leaves seem to curl towards the end regardless of how often it's watered. Started with sets of three leave but next set will be five. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! |

| It came in with the tree. The plant is probably a seedling of one of the various trees. |

| looks like a raspberry??? is it spiny?? .. probably not though are those compound leaves??? .. lol.. if you look close.. the snake is in focus.. and the plant isnt... lol .. ken |
