D. marginata 'tricolor'. Lots of discussions about them in house plant forum. This plant is more sensitive about water chemicals than temp, as long as you're comfortable like Ken said.

i gave up on clay pots.. found them impossible to use in the house. ... they wick too much water out of the media.. so you tend to over water.. and a vicious cycle begins...

if you are a newbie to houseplants.. i would suggest a plastic pot with a drain hole ... same size for now ...
