Hi Can anyone help in identifying what plant is this? I only smelled it in Southern California, is it not able to be grown in the northeast (NY)? Thanks

They look like C. neapolianum to me. As they are very hardy, they should be fine in NY.

These are not C hederifolium (C neapolitanum hederifolium) they are florists' cyclamen and not hardy.

They prefer dryish summers, kinda the exact opposite of Florida conditions.
