Its certainly Cuphea ignea -- bit tough to ID down to a specific cultivar.

Cuphea 'David Verity' is thought to be a hybrid of Cuphea ignea and Cuphea micropetala.

So this is definitely pure Cuphea ignea and not that hybrid? I would imagine that a trained eye can distinguish the two.
