i suspect someone already tried to get rid of them previously.. and dropped a pinhead bulb.. and that is why you have a single.. for now.. lol ...

Think that must depend on where you are. Mine don't seem to spread at all, unfortunately.

I see that several people have commented on your posts being mostly weeds; Grape Hyacinths are "garden plants", not weeds.

Although as you can tell from my username that I find the weeds pretty interesting too.

you'll only learn by asking. no harm in that. I love muscari, but they seldom flower for me - at least after the first year - as it's a bit too sub-tropical. So, I wouldn't mind a field of those types of weeds.
