Veronica hederifolia, I would say, mixed in with Galium aparine and a vetch of some kind.

i have just run thru most of your posts..

i gotta tell you.. name or not.. most of these are just a bunch of weeds.. in my garden ... and fairly aggressive weeds at that ...

how long was the garden untended????

I just moved hre in February, but the real estate pics had a flowers everywhere.

The flowers may be there still ....

Don't be disheartened, these are normal spring weeds. Pulling them out before they can make seeds will make the chore less time-consuming next year. These will give up when it gets hot, but by then a whole new crop of seeds will have been dropped, waiting for spring next year.

The Galium (velcro-like weed) can be raked up instead of pulled.

If these are flower beds, a new layer of mulch after the weeds are pulled could help keep the weeds to a minimum also.

and i understood you are trying to figure it all out..

but everyone in all the posts.. was giving you these fancy latin names..

and it just struck me that you might think they were all worthy plants.. because of the fancy names ...

and i wanted to make sure you understood that so far.. most arent..

as purp said.. these are common weeds that pop up real early ... get rid of them fast.. most can take over the earth if allowed.. and learn all about covering the soil surface with mulch to slow them down... many seeds... need contact with the soil.. and/or sun to germinate.. so by mulching.. you try to restrict access to the soil.. and by covering what is there.. restrict sun to the seed on the soil ...

you are new to the house.. i guess i am presuming you are new to gardening.. come on over to the perennial/annual forum ..... or whatever other forum you are interested in.. and we can teach you all kinds of tricks ...

another way of saying it.. except for the very early bulbs.. like crocus and tulips.. not much should be blooming right now.. other than the weeds ...
