Help me identify this fern so I can stop trying to kill it. Its trying to grow without help from me.

You might have a mite problem. Try looking at it with a magnifier.

why will knowing what it is.. stop you from killing it???

do herbicides kill ferns .. is there such a thing as a fernicide??? .. so many questions.. so little time ...

BTW.. what is labeled for killing fern???

What does the whole plant look like? The leaf does not look like any fern I've seen before.

Plants don't need help to grow. If you want to kill it, Roundup sprayed on it will kill it, so will straight gasoline, but why use toxic chemicals or something illegal to kill it when you can just dig it up?

I totally agree. Most chemicals such as herbicides and pesticides are bad for the environment and kill good along with what we consider pests. I'd like to see pix too. Looks like a cool fern.

I don't want to kill it! If I know what it is so I can put it in the correct media. Its turning brown and struggling when all my other ferns are thriving.
