I went and spent the night with my BFF, and then trekked thru his yard to see his plants, I took all these photos with my phone so I'm sorry for quality. :)

No 1 looks like Nandina domestica but the berries seem very dark. I've never seen it with berries so do they go dark at the end of winter?
No 2 is Spiraea prunifolia 'Plena'
No 3 looks like an ornamental peach. Prunus at any rate.

Someone else told me it's an ornamental flowering almond

Maybe. But that would be a Prunus too.
