Does anyone know what kind of tree this is?

Just moved, new to gardening. Please will someone help me identify what plant this is? I know it will probably be hard, as it has not bloomed yet. Thanks!

From the shape, it could be a weeping cherry. Give it a little more time.

Prunus 'Snofozam' is often sold trained into aberrant shapes like this.

Agree that it looks like cherry.
And for certain it's been trained to grow in this spiral shape.
