What shrub is this?

What shrub is this? It consists of a bunch of thin branches coming directly from the ground about 7 feet tall. It has tiny white flowers in the spring and seems to spread fairly easily. It is currently in part sun but looks thin like it needs more sun.

    Looks good now.

Might be a Spirea prunifolia cv.

I think your right. It seems to be a full sun shrub, I'll see if I can find somewhere with more sun to move it.

As is often the case the closeup is what made the plant being asked about recognizable. And it is definitely Spiraea prunifolia 'Plena'.
