We will need a few more clues.
It is hard to judge from a few leaves whether this is a tree/shrub/vine or other.
Please tell us a little more about where it is growing, and what it looks like. Have you seen any flowers or fruit on it? Does it have any thorns or do the leaves have any particular smell?
Is it growing in your own property or have you seen it somewhere else.
The more info the better, please.

The leaves appear to be in threes so maybe a leguminous plant???

Maybe it is Podalyria calyptrata, sweetpea bush, which is in the Fabaceae family
