What type of evergreen?

These are outside my work. What kind of evergreen are they? They have grayish blue berries. I am in plano near dallas tx. They look good at work, but are there any issues with the plant? Can they handle wind in an open space?

Perhaps Juniperus chinensis 'Torulosa'.

It does have that appearance, more commonly called Hollywood Juniper. Named for "The" Hollywood, CA. Recommended as a windbreak, so wind is no problem. Very drought-tolerant once they have gained some size. Ask to see what watering schedule those are on. Mine takes regular pruning well. Once mature, there will be a litter of tiny needles and berries, but that is no problem out in the open.
