Just bought this plant from the supermarket

Hi all,
I've just come back from the supermarket with this plant. It's so exotic I fell in love with it on site. Problem is I have no idea what it is. The label on the pot did not have a name. I tried searching for pics online but couldn't find anything. Can anybody tell me what it is as I really need to know how to take care of it before I inadvertently kill it.
