Drought tolerant, purple flowering, in So. Cal.

This plant is fairly low growing. If it has room it will spread and get about 1 foot high. The flowers look like lavender, but the leaves do not. It s extremely easy to propagate by sticking cuttings into the ground, even into very poor soil.
