Looks like Kalanchoe carnea 'Modoc' to me. Flowers would help confirm.

This is a Kalanchoe "Carnea". It took me a very long time to figure what this plant was when I found it. So frustrating. Mine got a black mildew 2 years in and I thought I lost it. I cut it all the way down and threw the cuttings off to a side of my yard where there aren't any plants. A few weeks later the cuttings had new leaves starting and so did the pot stems that were cut down. So happy. Such a rare Kalanchoe.
