Hi,
I'm trying to find the name of this plant. It's about 45cm wide at 2 years old. It has tiny star shaped pink and white flowers all the way through, lime green foliage, heather/conifer leaf. Flowers in spring, slow growing.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Coleonema pulchellum (formerly C. pulchrum) common name Diosma.

Yours looks like one of the golden cultivars.
