This plant is located on a golf course in Saint George Utah. The picture was taken about two weeks ago (mid to late March) and the plant gets sun all day. I don't know how much water it gets. I plan to ask the course grounds people next time I go there but was hoping someone here might know in case no one there can help me. I have a perfect location at home for this beauty.
