reddish-topped weedlings

here is growing some chickweed and i think the little blue flowers are called "speedwell"..does anyone know the name of the reddish-topped plants?

I believe "Henbit" - Lamium purpureum

Yes, to Lamium purpureum, but that is either Purple Deadnettle (US) or Red Deadnettle (UK). Henbit is Lamium amplexicaule. Paul_in_pa's link makes the difference clear.

You also have some healthy Cardamine hirsuta, aka Hairy Bittercress, in the mix. You are right about the chickweed and speedwell.
