Commelina Sp. 'variegata'?

This is popping up everywhere.

i have been spraying it with round up for 14 years... and it still pops up in the same place ... from long dropped seed i presume ...

a horrible weed ..

being a charter member of the 'anything but all green' plant club.. i would not even plant the variegated version ...

the fact that you claim its everywhere.. ought to lead you to certain conclusions as to its value ... IMHO ..

Ken your responses always seem to have a bit of a negative tone to them and I've noticed they usually end with a bit of a dig....thanks for letting me know what something "ought" to bring up within me.... I think they are quite charming. But thank you for your help.

The variegated form is quite attractive and as long as it's not displacing plants you like, just enjoy it.
