Can someone help me with the ID of this Tree

My mom give me this tree as a gift, 2 years ago, and told me that it was a cherry-tree but it has never bloomed. then a friend told me that it was an Ash, but later in a nursery garden they showed me Ash leaves and they didnt match, can someone tell me the Name of this tree?

I agree, Fraxinus. Possibly F. angustifolia?

does the fraxinus have flower? cause this one is 2 year old and has never bloomed.

The blossoms are nearly invisible on Ash and most trees require 5 or more years to reach blooming size.
