help to identify a balcony plant

Hi everyone. I was given these plants a year ago, and they're doing fantastically on my balcony in a planter. They bloom constantly with little to no maintenance, shedding the petals on occasion, and seem to be resilient to all kinds of weather. I live in Rome where the temperature never drops below zero and is usually in a comfortable range (10 - 30 celsius).
My only problem is I don't know what they're called. Please help me so I can go to the garden store and get more! Thanks.
