Name That Plant!

Need Id of this strange seed.

I found this seed the past week on my backyard, and my mom said it was a tick, and burn it, the next day i found 2 of them an they doesnt have head or legs, so i opened one to see what was inside, nd it seems like a seed, since that day i fid 1-3 seeds every day but there are no trees nearby, and 2 times i have saw them fall from my roof, but when i look on the roof there's nothing.

So does anyone now what it is?

forgot to tell you that its size is a bit smaller than a bean, adn here is a foto of the other side of the seed

Castor Oil Bean/Ricinus communis=highly toxic

thx i found that one of my neighbors have one on his back yard, about the toxicity of the seed, do i have to care?

If there are children or animals around that might put the seed or any part of the plant in their mouth, that might be cause for concern.

Ricin is highly poisonous. A dose the size of a few grains of salt is enough to kill an adult human. It has been used in quite a few assasinations & other dirty deeds.
