Yes, looks like a Lily.

Agree for the Oriental or Asiatic lily plant. We don't know which until it blooms (or at least I can't tell by just the leaves).

You may see some other plants nearby that won't look like this. They could be the "younger" plant, growing from a new bulb or loosened scale of the older bulb. Those are still lily plants but they just look different, so don't pull them out thinking that they are weeds. They won't flower yet so give them another season or two to mature.
