Shrub name?

Last one, I swear! Haha. A landscaper gave this plant to me when I admired it at an apartment complex I worked. I was thinking of trying to propagate it since I really do love it, it has the prettiest spring "bloom" and is evergreen.

Any clue?

It's a variegated Pieris.

Thank you!! I googled it and I think mine is "flaming silver" looks like it can take some shade, so I may make some babies for my side yard :)

RE: Shrub name?

Pieris japonica is a broad-leafed evergreen which grows well in the shade esp. in hotter summer climes. It will set its blooms in the fall and then bloom first thing in the spring. Be careful not to cut them off in the fall!
