Tricky flowering tree ID needed 1 of 3 pic

I purchased two 6 foot trees yesterday with no mention of what kind of trees they are. They have bunches of flower blossoms (over 10), white flowers with pink coloring throughout. The leaves have not come in yet except some new growth at the base of the tree. I will start with a pic of the leaf, which has a jagged edge and is so far about 1.5". At the base of the leaf there is a wired little growth that looks like a Venus fly trap. Another little growth beneath the flowers. The flowers have five petals and vary in groupings. The tree base is thick on both, around 4" diameter, then an abrupt thinning to 3" on both trees. If you need more info ill post more!
